CAMAC Dual 24 Bit Opto-Isolated Output Register OOR214

Product Description

This single width CAMAC module consists of two 24–bit output registers with opto–isolated outputs. The module comes with two types of input termination 214–4 Emihus socket (2 x 58 way) giving separate pairs of output wires for each signal, or, 214–6 with Dual 37 way Cannon plugs giving 24 signals, 8 returns plus two pairs of strobe signals. Both output registers may be ’Overwritten’, ’Cleared’ and ’Read’ under CAMAC control. Two pairs of wires provide an input, to supply a LAM on the dataway to indicate new data has arrived and two output signals which give a pulse after a time delay to show the register has been overwritten by CAMAC F16.

The strobes may be used as handshake signals and in the event of a handshake loss F25 may be used to restore it.
